They could also mean missiles capable of striking any continent in a moment's notice. No wonder the race to develop them is as fierce as ever.

(12/14/2007 11:49:39 PM) Looks like the lifting body dreams they published in Popular Mechanics and Popular Science in the 50's & 60's We are supposed to be using them now according to the science of those days.
