Hi Vic,

This is probably a bug your already aware of, but I recently noticed this one.

If you build a ship or ships in an empty port where no units already exist and the game has to make a unit for the player to house the newly created ship in, then the unit has no action points and can't move. They are able to move on the next turn though. It just doesn't seem consistent since the ships would be able to move on the first turn they were created if a unit were already present in the port on the turn the ships were built.

Hi Ironcrom. It is intended behaviour.
If you would have created a new unit and transferred a ship to it it would have lost all AP too.
