Hi all
I am trying to contact the helpdesk about the still (very, very late) undelivered copy of Lost Victories, but have had no luck - getting lots of errors from some server script by the looks
Is anyone else having problems ?? Thanks Anthony

I am suffering from the same problem. I ordered it (Lost Victories) over a month ago and have not seen it. My order tracking say it is still "processing" yet the site says it is a stock item! I have forwarded a request for customer support to help me check on it about 2 weeks ago and have not received any "support".

The helpdesk is still offline from the server move.

I have received several messages like this (below) from Daniel and still no game has arrived !
Is there any way to know when the order has been shipped ? - The original tracking order was used for the first part of the delivery and is long since out-of-date

We have added functions to the store to check the status of your order, unfortunately it is not retroactive.
