DreamTeams -> Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/9/2008 9:50:24 PM)

Season four has kicked off.

Week one results have been posted.

The spotlight is on Cape City.

Enjoy.

Excellent. The champs win a squeaker. So Knight spent the evening handing off....did he get his uni dirty?

Glad to see you back in the groove DreamTeams.

There seems to be a minor error on your scores and standings page.  The scores of the text don't match the scores of the screenshot.  It appears the East schedule got West scores and vice versa, as St. Patrick won big, not Sterling (they actually lost).

DreamTeams -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/10/2008 3:24:40 AM)

Good catch, dreamtheatervt. Fixed.

DreamTeams -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/14/2008 6:23:47 AM)

Week Two results have been posted.

Market City is back in the spotlight.

dreamtheatervt -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/14/2008 7:00:10 AM)

BOOO Market City!!  They taped our signals last year, I'm contacting Arlen Spector if you aren't going to investigate.

It's sad when your HB averages almost 9 ypc over 27 carries and you only score 10 points...

DreamTeams -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/14/2008 8:00:38 AM)

Yep. The Monarchs didn't put the ball in the air enough and so their drives continued to fizzle out.

Reaser -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/15/2008 9:34:22 AM)

Damn, my Makos are off to a bad start...

local8h -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/15/2008 10:49:44 AM)

I have to keep positive on Next Week's Biggest Match Up. Hope its a close one, Although the Keltics is a power house offense.
Go Jackets!

dreamtheatervt -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/15/2008 11:39:11 PM)

I just noticed, I'm the only person backing a Western Conference team...I can't develop any rivalries with people here [:(]

DreamTeams -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/16/2008 2:58:35 AM)

Hmmm. Well, last I checked these WC teams were being backed by...

Warriors - Chad56s
Nightbirds - Brockleigh
Comets - th1207

[:)]

DreamTeams -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/16/2008 8:14:04 PM)

Week Three results have been posted.

Which teams remain undefeated?

chad56s -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/17/2008 12:56:04 AM)

0-3!  The woes continue for the Warriors.

garysorrell -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/17/2008 2:13:42 AM)

Crap! We lost.

local8h -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/17/2008 4:47:22 AM)

Man those Keltics reminds me of the high power 1994 49ers...Dang it.[:(]

dreamtheatervt -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/17/2008 5:32:49 AM)

Dang...with the 1-2 punch in of Sears and Lesley in the backfield and a QB who completes 72.3% of his passes at 10 ypa and no interceptions, you'd think we'd have a monster offense...even if our defense is a sieve.  Monarch fans are getting fed up with Sawness...

Reaser -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/18/2008 12:19:20 PM)

Score shows we lost week 3 but standings say we won...we'll take it!!!

Makos goin for our second ever playoff appearance....

DreamTeams -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/18/2008 7:12:07 PM)

Correct, Reaser. Fixed.

DreamTeams -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/18/2008 7:13:19 PM)

Week Four results have been posted.

Who's back in the spotlight?

BigSmooth -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/18/2008 11:18:48 PM)

I love the shot of Fields knocking Selman on his backside.[&o]

DreamTeams -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/23/2008 10:31:32 PM)

Week Five results have been posted.

The Birds are in the spotlight.

Also, the league has seen it's first ever 0-0 tie.

dreamtheatervt -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/24/2008 12:23:06 AM)

Another tie?  Why do we wait until overtime to play defense?

Reaser -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/24/2008 11:25:57 AM)

Nice, we're on a 3 game winning streak after a slow start to the season....

Lots of ties early on in the league also...

we need to get this "expected" week 6 win...then we'll be 4-2...

DreamTeams -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/26/2008 6:30:59 AM)

Week Six results have been posted.

Which team made the spotlight?

garysorrell -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/26/2008 10:48:52 AM)

ACK!! Jaxton ran over us with the team bus!!!

garysorrell -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/26/2008 10:52:18 AM)

The Game of the Week would have been fun to watch. 650yds passing is amazing. Don Coryell would have been proud.

Reaser -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/27/2008 7:49:13 AM)

That's a bad loss for us to take...we need to rebound next week...

It was stunning to watch them get better as the game played on. I thought Gotham had them.

Yep. Looks like the Barons have the Makos number as they hold a 3-1 alltime edge over them.

DreamTeams -> RE: Metro Football League - Season 4 (6/30/2008 2:59:06 AM)

Week Seven results have been posted.

Are the Keltics still perfect?

Who's back in the spotlight?
