I'm back and awaiting the file from Rufus.

RufusTFirefly -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/14/2008 9:34:13 PM)

File send to Barthheart and Jay Doubleyou.

Mehring -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/16/2008 11:58:58 AM)

?

Barthheart -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/16/2008 1:54:06 PM)

Yeah I've got the turn but my home PC harddrive had a meltdown....[:@]

Spent last night rebuilding from scratch.[X(]

Should get my turn done tonight.

Isn't british exile away until the 26th? Not so much of a rush is it?

Mehring -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/16/2008 3:06:38 PM)

Bad luck with the comp.

People was wondering. We can start without BE anyway but take your time, just good to know what's happening.

Barthheart -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/17/2008 12:29:10 AM)

Ok, we're back in business.

AGS offensive started. File sent to OKH.

Anyone doing an AAR?

Jay Doubleyou -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/17/2008 6:07:49 PM)

Turn 1 over to the Russians!

Mehring -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/17/2008 9:07:35 PM)

Received, thanks, and orders already issued to NW Front, more to follow shortly.

Mehring -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/18/2008 1:24:03 AM)

As for AARs, our orders process gives enough material on our side to form the basis of quite a detailed report. I think such a report is prejudical to the game, though, revealing too much of use to the enemy if posted too soon after the event. I propose a delay of a month or so before posting the AAR. I also set the game for screenshots if I remember right.

BTW

We're still recruiting honest, reliable, dedicated commanders for both sides, particularly such experienced commanders for the Axis side.

TheArchduke -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/18/2008 8:05:17 AM)

Orders received and accepted, awaiting ok to see them through.

TheArchduke -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/18/2008 9:23:54 AM)

West Front making move.

mavnb -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/18/2008 2:45:23 PM)

As soon as WF turn is done (and sent to all players)
NW will do it as I "talked"
with Stavka.
Marc

mavnb -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/18/2008 3:44:04 PM)

Mehring -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/18/2008 6:36:27 PM)

zigzag -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/20/2008 4:51:34 PM)

Southern and southweastern front doing orders.Sorry for delay

Mehring -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/20/2008 6:50:33 PM)

Excellent, that's the first turn we've done in which the damage done to us by the Germans was more painful than our own procedures.

File to Jay Doubleyou.

STAVKA will report to Front commanders shortly.

Barthheart -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/21/2008 1:05:38 AM)

AGS - orders recieved - carrying out orders now.

EDIT: Orders complete. Report and file sent to OKH and AGC.

Mehring -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/22/2008 8:23:29 PM)

So you all know, I'm away from this Friday afternoon till Tuesday next week.

Barthheart -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/22/2008 8:27:27 PM)

I'm away Friday until Monday. If I get the file Friday morning early, ~ 7 am EDT, I can do my turn. Monday night will be the earliest I can do a turn after that.

RufusTFirefly -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/22/2008 10:54:21 PM)

Turn completed and send to OKW and AGS.

I am away saturday and sunday.

Jay Doubleyou -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/23/2008 6:21:54 AM)

Turn 2 sent to Mehring!

Mehring -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/24/2008 9:04:02 AM)

Oh dear! This is embarrasing. Enjoy it now, 'cos I will soon I'll be infallible.

Yes, I've forgotten our password. Which gives us 2 options, I think.

1. start again
2. start from Russia's first move and try to replicate last moves.

I guess it's the Axis choice.

Sorry guys.

Barthheart -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/24/2008 1:58:57 PM)

[X(]

Can't JW just open up the turn he sent you and change your password... oh wait.... or maybe some third party could open our last turn and set your new password....

Maybe Vic can help us out[&o]

british exil -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/24/2008 2:56:22 PM)

Back off holiday. Will be able to open all files tomorrow though. Hope that is still ok? Read that the game has started, willing to wait till I am needed.

RufusTFirefly -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/24/2008 9:52:42 PM)

Hi Mehring,

things like that happen. Just know the situation. [;)]

Lucky all those who have not yet made the experiance too often of forgetting any PW or code. But sooner or later it will happen to them too. They get older too [:'(]

In case we have to start again I thing you should continue with turn 1 you got from Jay Doubleyou. If we do our first turn again it will cause an unnecessary delay.

And we did just such a great work that we can do nothing else than make it just like this again.

mavnb -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/25/2008 7:39:42 PM)

modem died on[:@] me had to wait 3 days to get new (free)[:)] one.
let me know what is happening.

Mehring -> RE: Scenario changes and house rules (10/27/2008 1:02:21 AM)

Any third party that knows how to set a password is welcome to do so. Otherwise, I'm for restarting from our first turn, which minimises repetition, but I as it's my mistake it's Germany's call. The whole of Russia must pay for STAVKA's errors!
