Just wondering what the expected turn-around time is for submitted help tickets. My issue number is 1460. It's only been about 24hours, but I don't to get lost in the system and not sure how responsive Matrix is, since this is my first submitted ticket. Thanks. PS- I tried the digital river find my order. It has several of my online purchases, but not Witp, and that is my main issue.

24-48 hours is our normal turn-around time, though it can be up to 72 hours if over the weekend.
