Stardock's idea of not putting any copy protection schema on their software seems to be working out okay for them so far.

They changed their minds - last I heard they are developing their own DRM. I hope they are not planning anything that forces you to swap DVDs even though all the gamedata is allready on hd - I hate that stuff.


Actually, they're developing a system for other game companies who weren't willing to sign on to their Gaming Bill of Rights, and told them "Okay, YOU design a DRM system, then, that doesn't adversely affect gamers!" So far, it sounds basically like Safedisk, or one of the other rather innocuous DRM systems.

Ruined or just disabled? Did you catch this thread recently? There's a way to easily remove Starforce from your computer. Read through the whole thread.

In what levels?

In the levels where he only paid one euro and got all games plus hd installion without dvd switch that isnt availabe yet in xbox360 even.
