In a surprise move, Germany has accidentally declared war on Spain. The German Foreign Office announced that this had been due to a slip-up in diplomatic protocols, involving a Flamenco dancer, several glasses of absinthe, and a diplomaytic bag. "We meant to announce the occupation of Marseille, but our representative - a little distracted by his activities of the evening before - misspoke and said Madrid".
The SS has indeed occupied the Vichy capital, and Panzers are racing across the border.
