Tankhead informed me that he currently does not have time to play and has given the game to me. I'm sure it would have been a difficult and close game however, on to the next round;) Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good.:)

Sorry Guys I just dont have time to write up DAR's I have 3 small kids, 2 of which are twins 3 years old, I work 50 hours a week and no wife for awhile. Its all I can do to keep up with the PBEM games. I like the players here, and there is a few that can stand up to me :-) Rick 3/2 ACR

The American force's compleatly over powered the Germans, It seemed that from the first turn the Pershing's were superior to the German armor, first shot , amount of shot's, toughness, speed. The US in late '45 is hard to beat, especialy in the hand's of a skilled player like Rokondo Good luck tom his next opponent Bigbill :)

The US was successful in holding back the German hordes. rbrunsman ~13,000 points, Scharfschutze ~6,000 points. A marginal victory for me. I'm on to round 3, if there is one. There doesn't seem to be much action here lately.

So I have been eliminated from the World Cup. Congratulations to my esteemed opponent [B]rbrunsman[/B] who masterfully vanquished my forces and advances to Round 3. Since I am now out of the Cup, the time should be right for a rematch with [B]rokondo[/B], who has defeated a soviet breakthrough group some time ago. The Third Guards Tank Army HQ hasn´t taken this lightly and has sent another force to teach your Americans some manners in World War III Central Europe! Also topping my list is [B]Capt. Pixel[/B] , whose [I]First Free Rhine Brigade[/I] I fought in Round 1. Maybe further troops have defected or else the american leadership has decided that the proxies have had their chance and commit american troops to that sector? Fight between me and Rick 3/2 ACR ends. US (Rick 3/2 ACR) 4734 Germany ( Brutto Bob ) 5658 was a very equal struggle, I get advantage only catching VH in the last turn.

(And there weren't enough left to form a platoon. ;) I'm up for another game, Scharf. Any thoughts? :)

Then I remebered we had some problems with that and dropped our turns in the thread, so I´ll try again: I have been drifting more towards early/midwar engagements, i.e. I am currently taking apart a german panzer force in 8/43 with my soviets. My opponent managed to deliver his Tigers to my SU-85´s on a silver platter, and things are looking bright. Maybe you are into a Ger/Sov battle, also? In 41-42? Otherwise, I am open for any suggestions... Cheers, Lars copy&paste...:)
