I've contacted the support desk regarding this issue but so far have not received a response. I'm trying re-download my digital copy of WITP:AE. When I try to do so from the matrix store, I keep getting this error message on my web browser that I need to enable cookies. Cookies are enabled and I'm still having the problem. What do I have to do to get access to my download?

I've tried this...neither firefox, nor internet explorer work. same error on both.

Delete all cookies...drop the privacy setting...try accept all cookies...then try again.
That worked for me...you probably already tried that.. put it here anyway.

Hello,

Had the same problem last week, only thing that worked for me was turning off my firewall and anti-virus and i could download.
Hope it helps.
