Thresh -> I Know, I know... (5/15/2010 12:58:31 AM)
So I've had this fairly ancient laptop I've been using to play games on, and it finally gave up the ghost. Have a new machine now, and realized that I had digital copies of the games I bought, and they have long been relegated to the recycle bin.
How do I go about redownloading my games? I did save the serials in a text file, which I have.
Thanks,
Todd

Hi Thresh,
You need to go to www.findmyorder.com with your order info to retrieve download links for re-download.
We also strongly recommend storing your installers on CDs or external hard drives, just in case something like this happens.

Hi Eric,
I am in a bit of a quandary with that link. I don't have the order number anymore, and the email address/credit card part is coming up a no show as well.
I had a backup of the game on an external, which copied over no problem, except now when I try to run it I get a 200 error saying there's an issue with my serial number.
What else can I do?
Thanks,
Todd

Hi Todd,
Send me an e-mail at erikr@matrixgames.com with as much personal contact info as possible (name, e-mail, address, phone number) and we will search through the store database and see if we can find your orders. Typically that works fine as long as we have enough to search with.
Regards,
- Erik
