Various nationalist movements were sprining up in places like India prior to WW II. This, combined with the fact that the empire was beginning to cost the UK more than she could get out of it, would probably have led to its fall. The war just sped up the process. The U.S. also escaped the destruction of the other Allied nations relatively unharmed. 2) Probaly Soviet Union/Russia. In all aspects. 3) USA again, with Soviet Union a close second. SO would probably have been more than a match for the U.S. on land, but the U.S. dominated the seas and air. You can't win a war without controlling the sea. Check your history books for reference. ;)

His last words are unknown, since he locked himself in a room with Eva Braun and his dog. His last words before this I believe were somehting innocuous to his staff, like that he was "getting his affairs in order" or something. Nero, on the other hand, did say "What a poet dies in me" before the Praetorian guard killed him, I believe.

Time for me to get in on this action... During WWII an enemy ship was boarded and captured at sea by US forces for the first time since the War of 1812. What was the ship? (half credit if you're from Chicago) For bonus credit: Who was the officer who dreamed up the plan and commanded the ship that boarded the enemy? (Hint, my son, Daniel Vincent Behling is named after the officer, who was a good friend of mine. This is the man who inspired me to join the Navy and also to become a published author. He had a series of Navy books published in the late 60's early 70's) :) Extra bonus credit: What was the name of the US ship that did the boarding? Extra, extra bonus credit: Where is the captured enemy ship now?

This one might stir up a hornets nest, and I admit it's based upon information I was unable to verify but.... Two allied countries during WWII still had a declaration of war existing between them from a previous conflict, one that still exists to this day, because the treaty ending the conflict was never properly signed and approved. Name the two countries.

England and the US were, and still are to this day, at "war" because the treaty ending the war of 1812 was never signed and ratified properly. :) At least that's the information I have on the subject...which could be wrong I admit.

Ok the German AFV mammal name not a big cat is the Brummbaer (Grizzly Bear). The other answers I'd have to look up...
