Rysyonok -> Siberian Generals (12/30/2010 1:44:29 AM)

Siberian Generals:

Here's who I have leading my troops. For easier management, I only included 2 stars and above and excluded stationery forces (Japanese) and very poor generals who have not seen any combat at all (Martynov). Remember that there the current game option is highly randomized stats; also, several generals have been requested through EPs - but I don't see any on this roster.

Rysyonok -> 1920, Early June (12/30/2010 2:13:58 AM)

1920, Early June:

It was a quiet turn, as both Reds and Siberians were reshuffling their men.

Southern Whites on the other hand started their march to Moscow - despite the huge Green uprising in their homestead.

Rysyonok -> 1920, Late June (12/30/2010 2:32:35 AM)

1920, Late June:

A small Red force outflanked me, threatening Kazan. I threw at them all I could muster - but I still lost the city, as well as a few artillery batteries (sadly, long-range rail transporting does mean enemy will face you piecemeal, resulting in unnecessary losses).

Next month: reconquista.

Rysyonok -> 1920, Early July (12/30/2010 3:01:36 AM)

1920, Early July:

Siberians catch up with Red troops near Kazan just as White Fleet is chasing down and sinking Red transports, however Kazan itself is still in the Red hands.

More and more militia units are ordered from the production queue to help garrison smaller cities.

Rysyonok -> 1920, Late July (12/30/2010 3:18:53 AM)

1920, Late July:

Kazan is taken.

Here's the overall map of all my forces: note the lack of Green rebellions, unlike the Southern Whites. It may be due to dozens of propaganda missions I've been doing; of course, now that I am having to conscript myself, it may very well change.

Rysyonok -> 1920, Early August (12/30/2010 4:31:47 PM)

1920, Early August:

After a prolonged, bloody battle, Siberian troops take Moscow, annihilating its 18,000 men garrison.

Thank you :) I am preparing doing another one, Reds, Grand campaign, hardest difficulty. If I survive until 1919ish, I'll start posting (kind of no point in starting something that will end a day later).

EisenHammer -> RE: Victory! (1/1/2011 6:32:52 PM)

A very good AAR. Think I'll go and start a game now.
