Turn to Allen.  Very addicting strategic situation.  Can't get it out of my mind.  haha

Arditi -> RE: ATG AAR "Master of the Seas" (4/23/2011 12:38:57 AM)

My Panzer brigades move further into Germania's lands. I am almost within sight of Berlin...the prize at 20 pp's a turn for a capitol. He is throwing hordes of infantry and anti-tank guns at me. I'm taking a bleeding...

Tom is involved in eradicating a noble, but decadent nation. Notice his small task force of a cruiser and two destroyers moving up...to bombard the enemy capitol?

Allan's "Hermit Kingdom" of secrets([;)]) is making a landing against an AI. He has built a port on the coast and may be suffling men and arms across the ocean. It is not known for sure as he has denied journalists on the ground. Reports are spotty. Smoke is seen rising from the area.

Our most recent article in "Signal" magazine talks of the exploits of our Rangers and Assault Troops.

all5n -> RE: ATG AAR "Master of the Seas" (4/23/2011 1:21:24 AM)

I have made good progress on the northern island. The main city is being encircled.

With the beach head secure, troops and supplies flow smoothly.

tweber -> RE: ATG AAR "Master of the Seas" (4/23/2011 7:04:56 AM)

Turn 8 sent.  Advanced 1 hex closer to the northern coastal city.  Fighting waves of infantry.  Took out over 150 this round.

Arditi -> RE: ATG AAR "Master of the Seas" (4/23/2011 8:49:10 AM)

Turn 9 sent on to Allan. Bloody. My encirclement of Berlin, the Crown Jewel, continues. Tom and I have freely traded tech back and forth until we are at Rifle II, Infantry Gun III, Light Tank II and mortar III. Unusually, we have not developed machinegun II or higher which is often seen. Factories developed to increase production. My ore and oil are quite high and productive for me now.

tweber -> RE: ATG AAR "Master of the Seas" (4/23/2011 4:10:08 PM)

Turn sent.  Northern coastal city is now isolated.  Hope to capture next round.

Arditi -> RE: ATG AAR "Master of the Seas" (4/23/2011 8:34:14 PM)

Turn 10 sent to Allan. Berlin is now cut off from the rest of the country. I am a hex away in two areas. After taking Berlin I want to occupy the rest of the country as inidcated by the operation arrows pointing north and south. Tom is arrayed against the Sultinate, but has not declared war.

Snow is heavy on the ground during the fighting.

tweber -> RE: ATG AAR "Master of the Seas" (4/23/2011 10:27:09 PM)

Turn sent.  Captured the coastal city on the main Republic island.  Roughly 300 infantry were overstacked there.  Also declared war on Sultinate this round.

Arditi -> RE: ATG AAR "Master of the Seas" (4/24/2011 2:30:12 AM)

Turn 11 to Allan.[:)]

Arditi -> RE: ATG AAR "Master of the Seas" (4/24/2011 5:34:54 AM)

Arditi -> RE: ATG AAR "Master of the Seas" (4/24/2011 5:50:52 AM)

Tom finishes off the Republic. He has skillfully gathered three resource sites through beach landings.

tweber -> RE: ATG AAR "Master of the Seas" (4/24/2011 8:44:02 AM)

Turn sent.  Moving forces to Republic capital city.  Made both attackes and landing vs Sultinate.

Arditi -> RE: ATG AAR "Master of the Seas" (4/24/2011 9:46:47 AM)

Berlin attacked and holds. It is an inferno.

all5n -> RE: ATG AAR "Master of the Seas" (4/24/2011 10:23:42 PM)

Turn Sent.  I finally capture 2 AI cities and declare war on the nippon AI.

Arditi -> RE: ATG AAR "Master of the Seas" (4/24/2011 11:53:34 PM)

Turn to Allan. Movement on Tom's border and mine has prompted my nation to take his aggressive nation off my continent. A combination of armor, artillery and air as well as subterfuge has been used to end his suffering...or start mine.[;)] I see he has built a shipbuilding facility near my nation and in the southern realms. My men are in high spirits from their earlier campaign against Germania. Fighting still occurs there.

Crack armored brigades show their training.

tweber -> RE: ATG AAR "Master of the Seas" (4/25/2011 7:23:25 AM)

Turn sent. Looks like I am stabbed in the back.  I expect to lose 1-2 cities in the next 2 turns. Russ has a clear path to dominate the largest landmass and the game.

Arditi -> RE: ATG AAR "Master of the Seas" (4/25/2011 7:53:08 AM)

Got the turn...playing now.

Arditi -> RE: ATG AAR "Master of the Seas" (4/25/2011 9:07:14 AM)

Turn 15 sent to Allan.  Attacked a naval task force.  Sank 1 destroyer.  My wolfpacks do supply and power point damage.  Tom lands some combat units and has a few more to land.  I am hoping the AI he invaded is putting pressure on him as well.  Tried artillery against his ships.  Nasty fighting all around.

tweber -> RE: ATG AAR "Master of the Seas" (4/25/2011 6:16:54 PM)

Turn sent.  Captured a few big oil sites which will help in trying to clear my seas.  My hold on the continent is shaky.

Arditi -> RE: ATG AAR "Master of the Seas" (4/25/2011 8:13:47 PM)

Tom's cities have still not fallen.  I'm on a time table here guys!  Roll over please[;)]  Allan and Tom have allied.  My move down the peninsula continues.  Tom and I jockey our naval assets through the sea.  I attempt to kill supply and reinforcements.  Turn to the "Hermit Kingdom" arisen!  Good fun guys.
