these units still have a movement destination base. Units with a destination base are assumed to be moving. As these units are not moving, I suspect at sometime that they were loaded on to a TF before this check was made. In earlier releases, not all the movement values were being cleared and this could lead to units 'hyper-jumping' around the map when unloaded from a TF. To fix, just open the unit, select 'Set Destination Hex' and then click on the unit's hex. That will reject the orders and clear out all the movement values. In the meatime, I'll see if there is anyway around these 'invisibe' movement values still being set.
