Purchased Legends about 4 hours ago. Tried three times to download, nothing. Third attempt waited 3 hours after clicking save, nothings happens. Firewall and AV off. Now the Plimus guys say that I have NO downloads left. Go figure. Can I get any help before the holiday weekend is shot?

For anyone might have this issue later:

Enter your Order Reference Number into the form...

Enter your Reply-to Email address into the form...

and select Product Support, Download and click next at the bottom of the screen.

It should send you to a new link to your product download. The link provided on the web page will likely work, but if not ...

In a short time you should receive an email from Pilums with resynchronized link...

Erik and the store folks went above and beyond to help me. Erik final suggestion to use a different browser (I dumped IE for FireFox) worked perfectly.

Thanks so very much.

Firefox is not my default and IE is lining the cat box.
