For anyone might have this issue later: http://home.plimus.com/ecommerce/shoppers/customer-support Enter your Order Reference Number into the form... Enter your Reply-to Email address into the form... and select Product Support, Download and click next at the bottom of the screen. It should send you to a new link to your product download. The link provided on the web page will likely work, but if not ... In a short time you should receive an email from Pilums with resynchronized link... quote:
