Is there a way to tell all my state ships to just go and retrofit to the latest design, or at least manually select a big group and do it? Right now the only way I know how is to select all of a single hull class in the ships menu, hit retrofit, and select a design. While I like that option, it'd be nice to avoid occasionally having to do that when I'm upgrading a lot of ships from different classes.
I know when you've got researched (and maybe ship design?) automated, when you make a new research breakthrough a window pops up asking if you want to do that so I have to imagine it's possible.
