I have a frustrating problem with the BA iPad version. I have had to download the DLC campaigns several times, because they keep getting deleted, and also my saved games keep disappearing.

Why is this? What can I do to get these files to stay on my tablet?

Sorry about this - there is a bug that we have fixed but is not made it through to release yet that causes this. When the new update arrives it will resolve this.

Does this mean we get our old saved games back....I am halfway through Normandy and don't want to start again in the desert...hope so ...otherwise any alternatives to jump forward to Normandy...here's hoping...frustrated

Sadly the saves are gone for good. There was no way for us to work around it as the update process removes them itself.

Note that the only campaign where you need a save to progress is Market Garden (as it features carryover units) - all other you can simply navigate to the mission you want and continue playing.
