PirateJock -> Counter information (7/17/2012 1:52:19 PM)

Great that there's some info on the counter data in the Manual (page 35) ... but ... the one number I can't figured out is, of course, the one that isn't labelled!

Any ideas?

Is it the Battlestack value?

Cheers

I thought it's the units power what ever that means. I was frantically trying to figure it out, but yes I think you are correct it seems to be the stack value.

Hi all,

It represents the power value of the unit. This is an abstract value only meaningfull in comparison with the value of other units. It also corresponds to 100 manpower or equivelant per point. It also corresponds to the stack points of the unit.

Best,
Vic

If you click through the stack you will also see different values on each unit in the stack...

And, what do the stack points mean? I do not have the manual at hand, and am curious. Is there a stacking limit per hex, or is it something else?

Keunert -> RE: Counter information (7/17/2012 8:27:37 PM)

you can overstack and get some penalties while attacking, defending or doing airstrikes. overstacking results in higher losses. stack limit depends on the number of sides you are attacking from. there's also a stack limit for artillery strikes.

LiquidSky -> RE: Counter information (7/17/2012 8:30:26 PM)

its that number you see added on the combat screen. I usually see 113/100 or perhaps 250/150 from multiple hex sides. Basically your stacking value goes up the more hexsides you attack from.
