July 10th 1942, turn 7 In the good socialist tradition of self criticis,m i decided to sit together with my commanders. And there was plenty of criticism coming from them. Some of them accused me of having a 'Decisive Campaigns 1 WtP' mindset, other called me lazy and other challenged my reading comprehension. After those men left i sat down, looked at the front maps and wrote down what went wrong to this day: Commanders: I didn't change a single one. I believed somehow that changing a commander will be paid in prestige and not in PP. All those turns i trained front commanders under the command of an army General with an organization level of 16! Cards: Instead of buying fighters i could have built several fortresses in critical points. that my have been an option to avoid the huge pocket. Discipline: Some attacks could have been avoided, saving the lifes of several hundreds men, several tanks and tens of planes.
