AI loves reserching ships. I don't know why, but this is AI number 1 target.

The other reserch fields costs as follows
Aircraft I - 162 PP
Artillery I - 108 PP
Infantry I - 200 PP
Vehicles I - 132 PP

Case rethinked. Here is working canal. Ships and land troops can pass. It's sea techically (IS SEA = true), but land troops can also pass (60 AP set for all land troops, 30 AP for all ships). Not sure about attack values still.

A hex that "is Sea" is also a solution, of course, but it has some drawbacks. If combat occurs on a sea hex, and troops do not have a ship attached to them, they will drown! So there is that. Also HQs cannot go through a sea hex... Unsure what else might be consequences.

Battleship III does not exist there is no picture which means there is no ship right? I have 2 graphics that don't load when I begin or resume the game. Konig which I assume is Battle ship III and another can't remember I will put it down when I check. Further Zeppelins have no fuel no point making them they never refuel.

Yup. I've redone fuels. There are now only two types: oil and res. Oil is for all benzin/diesel and res are for all other (coal or nuclear, whatever).

The problem is with copying. Bombur probably used files as "BB König.jpg" instead of just "BB Konig.jpg" so in some cases it copies wrong way. The same with "Köln.jpg"
I suggest renaming them in future versions.

Neither JPG is in the folder. When I look at the ship II battleship there is no graphic. I assume Konig is a cruiser at some point?

Found them in JPG files yup the o with the tilde over it was replaced with a " looks like. I manually replaced the pictures and all is fine. BB is battleship III and Koln is light cruiser II I believe
