Kobracan -> Unmet Empire Giving Monetary Gifts (3/13/2013 4:53:13 AM) In my 1.0.7.20 Legends game, Boskara Hive whom I haven't met (they don't show up in the empire list) keeps giving me monetary gifts. That should be a bug, right?
