Hi

Had a major computer crash and want to download the games again. I have all three of my serial numbers, but the members area only shows me the download links for the two expansions?

Where can I get a link to download the base game?

Hi Mark,

We do offer unlimited re-downloads. If you're logged into your Site/Members Club account when you purchase (which is separate from your forum account) then the game is automatically registered and you can automatically re-download the full game via requesting a download in the Members Club. However, if you're not logged in when you purchase, then you have to request a new download link through our Help Desk. They respond within 24 hours and will be happy to send you a new link for any or all games that you purchased and wish to re-download. Just give them enough info to find your order.
