After 5 years my computer died and I need to redownload some games.

What is the process?

Hi Ketza,

Best way for a mass re-download if you've purchased from us across many years and from the previous store is to contact our Help Desk with your personal information and any order information you may still have. They can look up the orders and give you new download links.

For titles you purchased in the past couple of years and were logged into the site (please note, site rather than forum) while purchasing, they should be available for immediate re-download through the Members Club. You can request a redownlod there.

And I suggest that you save the download files on disk. Then back them up on a backup bulk drive. And I then load them into a thumb drive that I store at the bank just in case. [:)]
