More artillery strikes on suspected NATO positions. In this game HQ that sit still and give a continuous stream of orders will not be in play long. On the offensive you usually don't have much choice.

I will say it is a good thing to restrict the number of orders you give to the lowest number possible.

In the upper left corner our artillery is striking at the river crossing yet again.

More smoke is laid down in the bottleneck at Atteln. We need the Germans blind while we work out all these obstacles and minefields.

Our artillery is not the only ones firing and inflicting casualties. Our own Battle Group HQ was hit hard by German artillery. NATO excels at artillery fire interdiction and suppression missions.

The effectiveness of our own artillery can be seen at the river crossing at Helglarn. You can also see our northern most OH helo moving south to recon in this area.

The Germans are moving at best possible speed. It doesn't take a genius to see where they are going.

A major confrontation is about to ensue in the area's of 8 and 9.

I wouldn't rule out more enemy units in other areas until we get eyes on some of the other areas as well.

This is done by going to the TOC.

The TOC keeps track of several things. One of which is your total inventory. It shows how much of a particular kind of equipment you have and what, if anything has effected that total.

The TOC also shows you where you currently stand with regards to winning the game.

It shows the percentage of VP's you currently control and it shows where that value puts you in terms of victory.

We can check on all of our unit losses and the damage the unit has inflicted on the enemy by checking the unit roster.

This part of the roster show our 2 units comprising the Division Artillery Group (DAG).

They have taken some losses and have inflicted some as well.

You will notice that each weapons system in the unit is checked for damage. They are not simply given a loss and that loss is always the first system listed. The damage is done specifically to the weapons systems within the units.

These are great screen shots... the Tactical Operation Center looks great overall, lots of info in an attractive design.

I really like the sub units display running in the turn resolution videos...

You guys are going above and beyond IMHO...thanks!

3 questions.

1-is possible center over the unit that is doing something or over an hex with info??? i think in center over hexes attacked by arty, center over units moving/attacking or taking casualties because sometimes these actions in the corner and is hard follow the action

2-is possible acelerate a little unit moves when not appear the info panels over the map???

3-is possible disable the minimap??? sometimes i see usefull with a hotkey disable the minimap and with extra space expand the unit info panel.

Thanks, game looks great even with the hive urban hexes [:D]

Hexagon,

1. Yes. there are a couple of centering options to stay on top of the action.
2. Not following you here. Are you asking if the popup menu can be faster coming and going?
3. No. But I can see about adding that as a request in our list of engine improvements for follow on updates. Personally I'm going to see if we can get them to act like docked windows so they can be moved to a second screen and resized. Have to see what is possible with out breaking things too.

Keep firing in questions and suggestions. We are listening.

We are at that point once again.

Current orders are:

1st Platoon - Move to region 8.
2nd Platoon - Move to region 8 in support of 1st Platoon. Be ready to advance beyond area 8.
3rd Platoon - Move to region 5.
4th Platoon - Bridge river at location 11. Then move east to region 12.
5th Platoon - Move to region 2 and 3.
Helo Recon - Move back to the triangle 5/8/9.
TF1 - Move to region 8.
TF 2 - Move either to support TF1 or move to region 11.
TF3 - Move to region 5.
AH - Move to river line at region 4 to support any group that needs attack helo's.

Light blue O's are locations that have had enemy forces reported or spotted.

Changes to those orders?

I refer to increase speed in unit movement when no appear extra info like the arrive panels, when a unit is delayed by obstacles etc etc... basically that when an unit is moving reduce the time to see this, you dont need really see this in slow motion like the extra info that you show in the white panels here is possible reduce a little speed to see the action or extra info... or not, this is a game where you really control very few the actions then could be interesting give player options of how he want see the action in speed.

Ummm maybe move one scout helo unit to spot the road from Haaten to Helmen specially the crossroad then you can move the unit to triangle or use it to spot the 2-3 zone

There is a lot of WG armor in that column. It looks like the Battle for Helglarn/Atteln will be a tough fight!
