Turn 5: AGN:Soviets retreat back to the bolt hole above Lake Ladoga. Looks Like some Soviet units are lingering too long at Vyborg, but they will probably bug out next turn. 4th Panzer Group pushs on the front door to Petrograd at Narva, infantry catching up. One SS unit motors over to the Baltic islands to clear them out. Normally I would just send a low level security division, but since things at Narva are bogged down till the Landsers arrive, I think it okay to detach this SS unit to quickly clean out the islands. AGC: Remaining Soviet hold outs from pockets in Belorussa are marched off to POW camps. 2nd & 3rd Panzer Groups inch forward making offensive preparations whil also waiting for the infantry to catch up. Kind of correlates with the needed "Logistical Pause" forecasted by Barbarossa planners. Will see how things go in the next couple of turns. AGS: 4th Panzer Groups outflanking move is parried. Some Panzer units had to fight there way back, to avoid capture. His lines look strong, I didn't go for the Lvov pocket on turn1 but still where is he getting all these guys? Rundstedt probably was asking the same question 1941, his AG had only the small Uman pocket before the large Kiev pocket occured in Sept.
