However, there are zero Manufactured Goods available and no way offered to build or buy any. The net result is that the forces immediately start to disintegrate and there are no means to mitigate or prevent this form continuing until the army effectively ceases to exist.
This with 1.04RC2 beta patch installed.

there is an answer for your question on the AGEOD forum. Remember the main game developers have very limited resources and are busy with ACW2, so you are effectively asking the PoN playing community to help you out. Throwing a bit of a strop some 12 hours after your original request is perhaps not the best way to gain that good will?
