Encoding problem. Probably, these files need to be renamed.

It sounds like there may have been son corruption during download. Please uninstall and delete the game directory. The re-download the file and reinstall.

Were you seeing these messages during installation? Could you post a DxDiag file for us please and also tell us which language and regional settings you are using?

What is the language of you operating system fool12342000?

I think that you're right that it doesn't like ç, ë, á or é. I've logged the bad file name.

Windows installed in some languages may not accept those kind of characters and cause that error. For example Korean.

It did not interrupt my installation.

Just missing 9 inst for importing.

I Just Buy the Game and When I Install, I Got the same fool12342000 Case.
During installation some file name error (in sereen "...?....")occors and Not Complete Install. (Some file create in the target folder)
Go to the fold and execute the "command.exe", then ~~~ some.file missing... such as message Occur.
Win 7 installed PC and my Languase setting is "Korean"
I Changed the Language Setting to English.... the result is same....
What can i do?

If you change both the language and region settings to US English, does it make any difference? We're looking into this, but it may require a hotfix update.

I have the same case as fool12342000.

My system is windows 7 and the language setting is "Traditation Chinese"

I found the Solution.
In Win 7 PC, go to Language setting Menu.
There are four taps (format, location, keyboard, Admin Option... something like this)
Go to last tap (Admin option).
There are two Buttons (config, system Locale .... something like this)
Maybe Your system locale is "Korean", "Chinese"....etc
Click 'Change system Locale" Button and Choose "English"
Reboot Your Pc and Install The Game (This time the installation will be Ok)
Go to Language setting menu and goback your original system locale (Korean, Chinese)
Paly The Gmae !!!
