Hi,
the total combat bonus of my officer in OKH is decreasing each turn. How can I stop it?

Usually you'll not have any combat units directly under command of OKH so it should not be a problem. The % only affects troops under direct command so a unit attached to XXIV Corps would use the combat bonus of the officer in XXIV Corps and not in OKH.
Look in the mouse-over (or right click) of the % for details of the calculation.
Probably the ammount of troops inside or under direct command of OKH is increasing causing the drop.

Thanksn for the info. I have another 2 questions:
1. What kind of losing percentage my transport corps has? Campaign is Case Blue long; weather ist clear an it has in itīs icon -36% (green background).
2. Which unit I have to build to make an airdrop with my transport corps?

1. The green background signifies the airfield is overstacked. Should not be an issue as long as your transporters arent engaged in combat. With full sized transport corps it can actually not be avoided I believe. However if possible you could move any other air units out of the hex so the transport corps has the airfield to its self.

2. You need a fallschirm division, these can be obtained by playing their action card. However this option is only available if you enabled it at scenario setup (since it is a-historical).

The transport corps is the only air unit at the current airfield andhas this stack penalty. So it seems that it ist too big by nature for one airfield.

Basically you spotted a minor design flaw. Sorry there. If it annoys you there is a workaround:

1. create another transport corps.
2. set the current existing full one to disband for a couple turns.

you should see airplanes slowly transferring from your full unit to the new unit.
when you are happy with the spread you can turn the disband setting off.
