And here is the initiative track. The Allies don't want a reroll. The Axis, after some thinking, decide to go first.

November/December 1941, Axis impulse number 1:

Germany and Italy take land actions. Japan takes a naval action.

The Japanese admiralty wants to either force the CW navy to engage the Japanese carriers or to get ashore in New Britain and Papua in force. Apart from this, the general staff wants to take our Singapore this turn. Therefore a lot of naval activity at the start of the turn.

So here is: The Advance of The Sea March

Apart from a loaded TRS in the China Sea , the convoy escorts and the Japanese SUB's again sailing to harass CW shipping, these are the major area's of the Japanese fleet:

A small but healthy reserve fleet is still available in Fukuoka, consisting of fast moving cruisers and a loaded CV.

Japan initiates combat in Polynesia, however the Ocean is big. The SUB's don't find the convoys and their escorts.

Here are some pictures of the Japanese Fleet, with marches of course; The Glorious Imperial Japanese Navy 栄光の大日本帝國海軍

In the Ukraine, a Stuka grounds strikes a stack of defenders. Rain or Snow doesn't matter for the odds....

Now, that pretty well ends any German attacking thoughts in the Ukraine for this impulse. The Mud season takes it's toll...

In Iraq, Italian and German planes ground strike the USSR positions. After next impulse the Soviets will have air superiority over the frontlines, which means time is running out for Guderian to break out of the mountains.

The Finns finally liberate the borderlands, while a ski division is slowly making some disturbing progress towards the Moscow-Arhangel railroad. Something needs to be done about this, orders Stalin.
But what can be done about this (mistake made by me, I should have put one of the INF reinforcements into Vologda. I totally forgot about the Ski division being able to go this far during this turn).

The Germans keep reïnforcing the frontlines in the USSR. A breakthrough however, is out of the question, since there are no weak points except around Leningrad, which is a minor front at the moment...

After carefull inspection of several enemy positions, two attacks are declared on Soviet positions, first, Novgorod gets captured, but not without losses:

Not totally without losses. Also, this outcome means that the next loss by Germany on this frontline will be an expensive one. Guderian decides to reorganise the Stuka and two land units:

November/December 1941, Allied impulse number 3:

The French and the CW take naval actions. The US a combined and the USSR a land action.

The CW and the French transport more landunits around the Cape towards India and East Africa. The convoy chain from India towards the UK is repaired and the convoy escorts are installed. SUB's sail into the South China Sea. A French cruisers enters the Coral Sea to restore supply to Rabaul. The CW fleet in Brisbane stays in port.

Here's: Harry Roy - The Booglie Wooglie Piggy:

The Allies don't want to fight in any sea area. The Japanese, however, want to get rid of the French cruiser in the Coral Sea. Carrier planes spot the ship:

The cruiser doesn't stand a chance against the carrier planes of the Japanese...

In Polynesia, the Japanese search for CW shipping again. At Sunset, the Japanese SUB's find the convoy and attack on the surface, surprising the escorting cruiser:

There is no next combat round, because the Japanese decide not to include the submarines. Mission succesfully completed:

The citizens of Lyons are wakened, when in the early morning, Blenheim bombers attack the industrial district of the city. And there are no Italian or German FTR's available to protect the city:

The USSR rails a factory out of the Ukraine into Siberia. The Saratov MIL is railed to Vologda (probably too late to prevent the cutting of the railroad, but who knows...

Here's the March of Stalin's Airforce:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DisPLXjp6cI

The Leningard MIL retreats into Leningrad. At the Belorussian and Ukrainian fronts, minor adjustments are made to improve positions. However, in Persia, the front is closed by a ARM and the FTR's are rebased into positions so they can reach the frontlines.

November/December 1941, Axis impulse number 5.

All Axis powers take land actions. The orders from Berlin and Rome are simple. Break the Soviet frontlines. Ground strikes are announced against several hexes.

Some music out of occupied France: Ray Ventura - Ménilmontant

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kHTRGL1sMYA

Guderian again gives his statement on the situation in Persia: “If I do nothing, I will never break through. If I wait for reinforcements out of Greece, they will take the whole winter to arrive. I've got no choice. Also, meine Herren: Klotzen, nicht Kleckern...”. The Stuka flies, escorted by an Italian FTR to ground strike the stack in the mountains. The Soviet airforce reacts by sending up one FTR to intercept. An air-to-air battle commences:

In Belorussia, Rommel orders another Stuka ground strikes the Soviet frontlines. Zhukov orders all FTR's to intercept. The Luftwaffe reacts by sending two FTR's into action too. Another air-to-air battle is fought:

After the Stuka gets cleared through, the Soviets decide to abort.

In the Ukraine, von Manstein sends a Stuka to the frontlines too:
