lol it would be very short sighted of he Italians to start a war, and not have at least one bridge building unit between three Divisions, especially as one is armoured. There is no crossing point further north. This is the only crossing over this river. You can't just build a bridge anywhere, as you need the infrastructure leading to it, and on the other side, and building new roads takes an incredibly long time, and a huge amount of resources. Much longer than this scenario would allow. I'm glad you brought that subject up though. I guess I will have to probe towards the bridge every 24 hours or so, to check that it's not being rebuilt, then concentrate artillery on any engineers seen in the area. I should get a chance to play tonight. I'm not doing an AAR on it though, as I still have the Greyhound Dash scenario to finish, but I will post some updates at interesting periods, probably once daily game time. Ill start it in the AAR forum as it allows me to post larger images, and it will contain spoilers. Anyone looking at an AAR will know that, but would not expect it from a planning aids thread. I intend to play it much faster than my usual pace, but any updates I post usually take all evening to prepare, so you will be lucky if you get one a day. More likely one every two days real time. I don't think I have ever played a scenario so outnumbered before. One infantry Division against an entire Corps. I think this is going to be a tough one!
