Well, I am going to try cooking the turkey in a Romertopf clay pot. I am adding "Kraken" dark rum into the pot for flavor. I have never tried turkey in the pot before. I would like to publicly thank the Yorkies for inventing Yorkshire Pudding. That stuff is fantastic.
