The next stage of the factory tests of the 360MC coastal missile system with the Neptun anti-ship missile in the R-360A version, which took place on April 5, 2019 at the Alibei State Testing Ground, was a success. A group of ships from 11 ships of the Naval Forces ensured the safety of shooting in the waters of the Black Sea.

Conducted tests of the main elements of the complex. The rocket is in a new look, not the prototype, but the first prototype.

It's a less than subtle signalling that they don't need to run any gauntlet of air-deployed mines and NATO subs to be able to hit plenty of things. Like any NATO post in the north of Norway in this particular example.

In my understanding some devices and systems can are isolated at the boat at the rest. In this case the missile launch is impossible. Probably this was a alert drill.
