Support for XP maybe?

Vista or later support only is stated on the store page. However, i was wondering as the game seems to be running on the old Panzer Corps engine which worked with fine on XP is this likely now or in a future update going to run on XP at all as i would pick this one up?????

Tests have shown that it won't run on Windows XP, unfortunately.
