I am certain that the Gold Version is strictly a stand alone new game...the update mentioned would be for previous owners...

You can retrieve a $20 discount if you have a previous version of the game.
When placing the order for the Gold edition, just insert your original game serial number and click on Recalculate button. This should give you a $20 discount.

I purchased originally directly from AGEOD and I got the discount, but Revolution Under Siege Gold does not appear on the drop-down list of games to register a serial number on Slitherine's site, which is preventing me from getting a Steam key for it.

I'm sorry but unfortunately the discount is only for those who purchased directly for our stores at Matrix, Slitherine or AGEOD store.

Disregard original question. Discount using RUS activation code worked fine; am downloading RUS-Gold now. Congratulations on the release.

The store is *not* recognizing my serial code as
as valid coupon code. I get the error message.

Bought the game from Matrixgames on August 13, 2014 and also registered serial on website (checked it there, too). The store doesn't accept the code, would be great if you could help (let me know if you need additional information)
