Why Italian fighter can't intercept to air combat 3 hexes away after USSR brings their planes (picture above in post #997)? Is this a bug or am I just too tired? I'm reading rules and I would say Italians should be able to intercept... Edit: Is the reason that one Rumanian INF is in attack? Damn I messed this one up really nice... I was supposed to move it to Rostov but there is Italian bomber and it was not possible... Rumanians are for partisan hunting for the rest of the game... There are Rumanian troops involved in the attack. And they don't cooperate with the Italians. So no Italian FTR can be involved during the ground support phase.

M/A 41 Allied 3 No DoW France Naval, CW & US Combined, USSR and China Land. USSR puts its O-chit on Yeremenko. CW sails Queens loaded with Egyptian Terr to Cagliari. CP sails to Italian Coast. I decline the intercept as it's pretty obvious they are staying there. US sends Cv and 2 CL to East Coast 0-box. 3 areas for naval combat. Italian Coast, Cape Verde and North Sea. The first two are declined but searching is initiated in the North Sea with the Polish DD flotilla. Searches of 9 on both sides end that little escapade. Do the Axis wish a go in the Italian Coast and if so, which unit to disorganise? The German Ftr or Lnd-4 or Italian Nav?
