Partisan appears in Korea. It is placed on resource hex adjacent to Seoul.

All German submarines and planes returns to base.
Italian CA in West Med box 2 and CA in Italian coast box 1 stays at sea. All submarines and planes returns to base.

China Sea: 2x CL in box 1 and CL in box 4 stays at sea.
Bay of Bengal: 3x CL/CA in box 4 stays at sea.
The Marians: CV and CA in box 4 stays at sea.
South China Sea: Ships in boxes 1 and 4 stays at sea.
Sea of Japan: CL in box 1 stays at sea.
Japanese Coast: CL in box 1 stays at sea.
Bismarck Sea: CL in box 1 stays at sea.
East Indian Ocean: CL in boc 3 stays at sea.

CW leaves out the various Atlantic and Med escorts and pickets. A CA stays out in Arabian Sea 2-box and Red Sea 2-box.

France keeps escorts in the West Med.

US leaves Navs out in The Marshalls and Hawaiian Is 3-boxes. CA's stay out in Christmas Is, Clarion and Bering Sea. A BB stays out in Central Pacific 0-box.

CW ships mostly return to usual ports. Trans off South Africa return to Bombay. Subs go to Calcutta.

France go back to ?Oran. US ships mostly return to Pearl but a couple of CA's back to San Diego.

It can be done but it is unlikely that it can be done.

Only way is that is if Persia is aligned to the Axis country that wants to place the convoy.

1 CP per turn may be placed in Bandar Shah if Persia is a aligned minor country.

So in games that the Allies refuse to DOW Persia it is impossible. But in other games it is only hard to do it. [;)]

That was my plan: Build CP, align Persia before CP comes to play and place it to Caspian Sea. I just wanted to make sure it works that way and I don't build CP for no reason. Thanks Orm [:)]

I just aligned Turkey. I will rail some units there to align Iraq and Persia.

I'm thinking CP is easy way to keep units in supply near Baku. I need HQ few hexes west to give garrison value in western USSR.

It can be done with Italian units as well. I don't have the rules in front of me, and never had a situation where Turkey was aligned before Iraq/Persia...so not sure if Turkish units could do it.

You need 4 corp sized, land units, of a Major for what I know.

But I doubt as well to have ever seen a situation where Turkey is aligned before Persia is aligned / conquered!

Persia and Iraq
Germany can declare that Persia or Iraq is aligning with it during any Axis declaration of war step if that
minor is neutral and there are a total of at least 4 German corps in any adjacent countries (excluding the USSR and
Turkey).

Italy can declare that Persia or Iraq is aligning with it during any Axis declaration of war step if that minor is
neutral and there are a total of at least 4 Italian corps in any adjacent countries (excluding the USSR and Turkey).
Germany has first claim if both of them could make these declarations.

No worries. Syria is taken, I use Syrian border to align Iraq.

Out I missed these Japanese losses.
One of their first class carriers and lots of aerial assets for pratically no loss from USA standpoint.

I'd place the carrier back in production though; who knows where you'd be set by the end of 1943 - and it's a 2+2 excellent ship. But I do not how much rich Japan is at the moment!

Japan reorganizes everything (4,1 oil) using 3 oils in Palembang and 1 oil saved in Balikpapan.

Germany reorganizes everything else but MOT ENG and 2-4 moving submarine (3,45 oil) using oils in Krasnodar, Batum and Vichy

Italy reorganizes everything (1,75 oil) using 2 oils in Tallinn.

China just reorganises the sub (0.1) for 0 points.

CW reorganises everything (6.4) using 6 points at various places in Canada.

France reorganises 3 CL, 2 subs and a Trans (0.45) for 0 points spent.

US reorganises all (5.05) for 5 points expended.

USSR reorganises all (1.2) but spends 2 oil points to prevent 1 falling into German hands.

USA beaks down a 4-3 Inf in Belfast to two 1-3 Inf Divs.

Germany liberates Albania but keeps control.

China scraps a poor Lnd. Assigns a pilot to an A-20, which goes to Hengyang. A sub goes to Shanghai, along with Shanghai Warlord.

CW scraps 2 FTR and 3 Lnd-3. Pilots go to 2xLnd-4 (London and Southampton) and Ftr-2 (Coventry). CV and CL to Liverpool. Mech to Bristol. Mot and Trans Freemantle. Garr Calcutta.

France CL to Algiers

US scraps a Lnd-4. Pilots assigned to Ftr-2 x2 and Nav. New Orleans and Atlanta Mils. Amph and Nav San Diego. Ftr-2's to Long Beach.

2 BB, 2 CL and Trans sail to The Marshalls 3-box. THe Trans loads the Marine from Midway.

China sends 2 subs to South China Sea 2-box.

CW sends out various escorts. In other moves, sends subs to South China Sea 3-box (1) and 2-box (2). Belfast loads Inf in Eritrea and runs it up to Suez. Trans from Bombay picks up 7-4 Mot from Eritrea into Red Sea 0-box. Other Trans in Bombay takes Cape Town Mil to Suez. CA to East India Ocean. Intercept?

On a 7, the intercept fails but it doesn't matter as the 2 CA's stay in the 4-box. BB Malaya also sails. The intercept fails on an 8 but the BB stays in Box-2.

The Queens load US Marines and bring them down to Pearl. Sub to Italian Coast 3-box.

France puts escorts to West Med 3-box.

Having declined Italian Coast, the following will be areas of potential naval combat.
