Hello, I've just enjoyably replayed Case Blue vs the AI, but was reminded that it regularly makes the same mistake - making a good breakthrough but then failing to hold the 'neck' in enough strength, so that the spearhead can be cut off. If it got this right it would be much more challenging (even on max. thinking time). A related point is that cut-off units do lose their effectiveness very fast and so rarely contribute to their own rescue (something the AI often doesn't attempt) - shouldn't units keep their previous effectiveness for maybe one turn? These comments are made with DC3 in mind, where I know you plan a 'breakout' card. Thanks for a great game.
