With Syria now in the allied camp, the Italian Desert Army has assumed a strictly defensive posture. Italy's objective now is to hold on to this Desert Empire and hold on to it fiercely.

Wow, Soviet forces barely hang on to Stavropol. Germany had a 71% chance of taking the city. In fact, if the Germans had made their fractional odds their land combat roll of 9 would have been good enough to take the city. But they didn't make the fractional odds and they didn't take the city.

In the South, units are reorg again so that the Wehrmacht can have another go at capturing Stalingrad before the turn ends, assuming it doesn't end on a 10% chance after the next (allied) impulse.

With Kaifeng now secured the priority for the ChiComm is to clean out the Japanese behind their lines and liberate Sian. This assumes that the Japanese are happy with the status-quo as it is now in Northern China. It's expected to take the ChiComm 3 turns, or 6 months to accomplish this.

Well, as the attacker if you're going to roll a 3 this is the type of attack to do that. That is, an automatic attack.
