I think I see a chink in the German and Italian armor. Whether or not the Soviets can live to exploit it is another question.

Why on earth does it take 10 CPs to get one of the two BP's from Washington to Moscow? The MWiF convoy routing system can be a bit puzzling and frustrating at time. By the way I have 2 CPs in each of the Norwegian and Arctic seas, but I think a Free French traded oil in Syria is travelling overland through the Soviet Union and using 1 CP in each of those sea areas. Yikes.

Germany takes a land action. Japan and Italy take combined actions.
JP moves an transports an HQ and a Corp to sea zones along the N. Asian Coast.
Italy moves two subs into the N. Atlantic.
Axis do not search in the E. Med or Coral Sea.
The search in the N. Atlantic is dismal with rolls of 10/10.
The search in the Arabian Sea are better, but with the same result, 5/3.
Allies have no naval combat initiation options.
