Sheist -> Treaty of Tilsit card; kicks me out of Egypt! (9/7/2016 2:06:58 AM)

I started 1800 scenario, gave Egypt to Russia as a bribe, and all my soldiers happily floated back to France. (so far, so good) When I finally went to war with Russia, I marched my waiting army from Syria to Egypt, used a card to turn it blue for France as a new minor territory and everything was fine... UNTIL I used the Tilsit treaty card! After whipping up on Russia, I then used the Tilsit card and Egypt reverts back to OTTOMAN OWNERSHIP?, and my troops are sent flying back to Italy with Ottoman Empire becoming active? At this point, I attempted to declare war on Ottoman Empire via card, but there was a message saying there are no available countries with which are allowed to declare war. Ottoman is no longer a friendly neutral at this point. Once I defeated Ottoman and made them a friendly neutral and Russia was also made a friendly neutral, Egypt SHOULD have remained owned by France as this was the last valid owner and [:-]occupier of this minor territory. Seems like a bug or an oversight, despite the description on the card: "Treaty of Tilsit (x1) May be played if Russia has lost a major battle within the last 3 turns where they had 7 or more units eliminated. Russia becomes a friendly neutral to France and has their diplomatic rating set to 8. The Grand Duchy of Warsaw becomes French owned if it wasn’t already. Any foreign troops in their territory are removed and placed in the closest region owned by that side." Latest version 1.0.1. MORE: According to the manual, the above behavior is a software defect. "The Ottoman Empire The Ottoman Empire does not have a Diplomatic Rating and does not go to war like other Major Nations. In the 1800 scenario, it starts at war with France, and becomes neutral if Austria is defeated by France. France can declare war on the Ottoman Empire by landing troops in Egypt (triggers war immediately), or by using a ‘France Declares War’ event card. France may also play the ‘Ottoman Empire Declares War on Russia’ card, in which case The Ottoman Empire and her troops are French allies and controlled by the player. These are the only ways that The Ottoman Empire can go to war. If they are defeated by having their capital captured, they immediately become a friendly neutral of whomever defeated them and remain that way for the remainder of the game."
