Red color lists the intended link up path. Blue color shows the existing rail lines. This will prevent a supply loss if one of these rail lines is cut by partisans.

I do not know why this is happening. Will have to explore Air Doctrine settings to see how to fix the issue.

The Soviets and the British invaded neutral Iran, Persia, this week. They are trying to establish a supply line to Russia through this neutral country. This is all we need now.
