(1/17/2017 11:27:48 PM) So in the first turn of the GC, I'm setting most Corps support level to 0, Army and Army Group to 1 or 2, then OKH to 9. I would expect this to send all the SUs up to OKH so I can reassign them later. It kinda does that, but it also sends things like road construction BNs down to the Corps level and they just sit there. I have to go through and reassign them manually. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

If you unlock HQ, this level will be use regarless of your selection. We all fall in this trap at least the first time, trying to move construction&sapper to high command and actually get the thing worse.. Maybe something could be done about it. This hidden level do not look like very good game design.

Stelteck -> RE: Trying to flow all SU up to OKH, but... (1/19/2017 6:58:54 AM) There is no miracle. Eventually you can create enough construction units (even cheap one like sapper bataillon) to put 3 of them on each HQ and so they will not move anymore.
