Just played the Battle of Latakia, is the final probability of 100% normal ?

Yeah chaff was the clincher during that battle. What do you think it should be given how may Styx were fired and spoofed during the battle?

I didn't know that - it just felt strange that chaff gave them the absolute guarantee of splashing the Styxs.

Only two Styx were fired in this encounter.
