The Italian Navy is intended to be strong initially but weaker due to fuel problems as war continues which I think is fairly represented by the increased reinforcement costs. quote:

It is always my intention that Germany can be destroyed on this secondary front. I think in overall that its a little bit unbalanced in favor of Allied side (especially on east front and North Africa) But could be my strategy which was wrong I tend to agree but against the AI I think there is always the opportunity to win. I have already listed some changes which favour the Axis, so hopefully it will create better balance. And Thank you for the feedback!
