igym -> PBEM error (7/1/2017 8:58:09 PM)

I am in the middle of a PBEM campaign (1939)
I have had seven CTDs (segmentation fault) in a row when trying to recover the game (Turn 156). This happens at the time I accept the reinforcements. Unlike other occasions, this time cancelling the placement of the reinforcements did not help me avoid the CTD.
May someone have a solution to this problem?
Many thanks.

Another error is making matters worse.
I have several games in parallel that I would wish to continue. However, regardless of my choice, the error prone game is the only one that is started, even if I am selecting the others. However, I would not like to cancel the one causing the problems before a solution is found.
The data for the troublesome game are:
Scenario: 1939 Storm over Europe
Turn: 156
ChallengeId:78752

PS: The problem was not solved even after installing the last graphics card SW update.

Hi Igym,

Sorry to hear about the trouble and I was able to take a look at the turn and it seems as though you are unable to place the Canadian Destroyer which I'm guessing is causing you this issue.

However, when I click Ok after selecting the Destroyer it simply reports it is unable to be placed and does not crash. If I also just 'Cancel' it does not crash either, can you tell me what the exact error message is on your end?

Hubert

Dear Hubert,

No, it was not the Canadian Destroyer, but a German Dora Railgun.
I have tried to attach the image of the moment before the crash, but the system seems not to allow me.
The error is a PANIC message contained in a MS-DOS-like window - it is fast and I cannot reproduce it.

The good news is that after you tried to reproduce the error, the saved turn seemd to be restored to a good condition. It works now.
