Seeing as I enjoyed dealing with this mechanic in Chains of War, for the most part, do you think it would be game breaking to go into the editor and enable it for this campaign? I know it would make B-52 attacks more forgiving.

It probably wouldn't be. I would, however, back up the current versions of the scenarios first, or put the modified scenarios in a different folder.
