In the Salvo scenario, I keep getting hits on American satellites, but on the map, they seem to keep on orbiting. Am I just tracking debris, or should I fire again?

Kip, I think the issue might be that some of the satellites are orbiting in pairs so close together that they look like just one. I know that confused me initially.

Well, I might have another issue. I have COW Standalone from Steam. I have my Steam setting to update automatically. However, when I launch the program, is reads l"Command v1.13 Build972.12" I downloaded the update for 1.13.6, but the installer says "Base Game not Installed." What's happening here?
