I am a long time admirer of SIPRES work, but this is just next level goodness, simply the finest counter set yet for this game. I look forward to using it and would recommend that Matrix/the developers consider a way to enter these into the actual game files ala the user submitted scenarios that are available in the client menu.

That was a long way to complete, and still few things I wanted to improve (eg Navies are currently generic pictures).
Also I was not satisfied with the zoom version, so I switch to Nato style.
So some updated version(s) will follow.

Maybe just me but all counters changed over except Russian counters??

Normaly if you follow the steps on "how to install" (on first post of this thread), it should not happen.
In other case just manualy copy the 2 modded files in MAJOR04 folder to the campaign you play (Bitmaps/Major04) that should do the job.

Feedback/suggestions:


1. Brandenburger (Special Unit)

Could we have a neutral unit (Not with the name in background?


2. Coast fortress


Could it be named nothing (Not "Todt")?


3. Units all


Is it possible to make a different graphic fore each upgraded unit?

I'm using this mod in my current game and I have to say, from my point of view these the best looking counters I've ever seen!

I have one small issue: the tech 3 German heavy tanks have a King Tiger image which means that in the Citadel scenario, the Germans have already Tigers II. So it would be better to move Tigers II to tech 4.

Than was fast! Thank you very much for you fantastic work. I hope that maybe someday, your work will be incorporated to the official SC releases. Otherwise, I won't buy any of the future games, until you do your counter mods ;)

Hi Ivanov,

I am not sure the Mod could become "official" as I use some images i collect from internet (some of them even if they are scaled down and reworked might have copyright).

But you can get your wallet ready for world at war [;)] as I start to collect images for the following future majors

According to screenshots I have seen it looks like that Commonwealth will be a Major nation also.

there is already a lot of images there, you mean for infantry type upgrades?
