Just noticed a bug where the Soviets were losing build points between final production and production. In looking over last turn notes this also happened and the Soviets were shorted 3 BP's. I edited the game file during Soviet production not only to give them back the BP's they would have lost this turn but the 3 they were shorted last turn.
